In depth analysis of the needs of the clients to situate the project within the site and generate the overall layout and direction of the project.
Design Development
The structure is developed in detail coordinating structural and physical elements together to create the space suited to the clients needs.
Planning Applications
If required planning applications are prepared and presented, consultation with local planners are coordinated if required.
Construction Documents
Detailed construction documents are prepared to obtain a building permit and facilitate construction working with a selected builder of to obtain quotes from multiple Contractors.
Consultation during Construction
Continuing involvement during the construction phase is an important element to the process and working with the builder or Construction manager closely is a service offered. Sandy Forsyth Design represents the clients interests on the site, not the builders.
